As we offer free no obligation quotations we will come out to your home and have a look at the work you want doing. One of our paving estimators will then measure the area and help you choose a design that will enhance your property by showing you some photographs of similar paving projects that we have done.
After you have agreed a price (no deposit is paid), your order is brought back to the Priory Paving office where it is handed over to our Installations Manager who will program you into our installation system where we will organise everything to do with your installation before it comes to be fitted. You will then receive a ‘Welcome’ letter in the post and a telephone call thanking you for placing an order with us and to let you know what will happen next with your installation and answer any questions you may have.
Once you are top of our installation list we will send over a highly skilled installation team who will arrive at your property to do his technical survey before he begins work. Once completed the team will them proceed to excavate the existing area and all rubbish will be removed from site. After this our team will proceed to install your new path, drive or patio to the highest standard. A hardcore sub-base is first laid to the correct level needed (every job differs) and ‘whacked down’ to form a solid base. We then lay a screed of sharp sand and then lay the block paving down that you have chosen. Once the paving has been laid we will then, depending on what product you have chosen, brush kiln dried sand or Geofix into the paving to bond the paving together. Once we are finished we will completely clear the site and you will be left with a beautiful Priory Paving installation by the North East’s biggest block paving company.
